Frequently Asked Questions

What is your mask policy?

Masks are not mandatory and are optional for most patients. Patients are required to wear a mask if  they exhibit symptoms such as cough, runny nose, sore throat, fever, nausea, or vomiting. If  a patient is being seen for a sick visit, they must wear a mask. If patients refuse this policy, they may be asked to leave.

GLP-1 Medications

Starting January 1, 2026, many health plans are discontinuing or changing coverage for GLP-1 medication’s when prescribed solely for weight loss. The coverage may continue for Type 2 diabetes and other medical conditions. This change means members taking these drugs exclusively for weight management will likely be responsible for the full cost. Please plan accordingly and check with your insurance companies in advance.
